To submit a DEPA, follow the instructions below.

Employees and Persons of Interest (POIs)

  1. Login to the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï VPN.Ìý
  2. Go toÌý.
  3. SelectÌýBoulderÌýfrom the campus drop-down menu.
  4. Enter yourÌýIdentiKeyÌýandÌýPassword. ClickÌýLog in.
  5. ClickÌýDEPA FormÌýin the left-side menu on theÌýHomeÌýpage.
  6. ClickÌýCreate/Update DEPA FormÌýwhen the screen refreshes.
