Twin trees planted to honor ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s beloved Peggy Coppom, the late Betty Hoover
As a small group gathered for a tree dedication ceremony on June 26, Chancellor Philip DiStefano described the defining qualities of Peggy Coppom and her late twin sister Betty Hoover as Forever Buffs for whom the trees are appropriate—symbolic of their dedication to ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
Emma Coburn, Val Constien heading to Olympics as steeplechase competitors
For the second time, Colorado track and field will have two Buffs compete at the same time in the Olympics––in the women's steeplechase. Emma Coburn and Val Constien finished first and third, respectively, in recent Olympic trials.
