Recovery support meetings are held weekly at the UMC and cover a variety of topics. Support meetings are open to all paths of recovery.

CORE membership provides the opportunity for students to become part of a close-knit recovery community and access additional support resources like sober housing.

Health Promotion offers a variety of classes, workshops, events and resources for ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students.

Alcohol and Other Drug Classes

Student- and staff-led substance use workshops, including:

  • Substance use screenings and evaluations
  • Nicotine cessation coaching and support

Peer Wellness Coaching

Peer Wellness Coaching is a free service that allows you to talk with a trained ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï student to learn how to improve or change your relationship with substances, connect with campus resources or find additional support.
